Applicants

Your hourly wage depends on the given assignment and the company you are working for. Rex&Lindeborgh is a member of The Association of Temporary Work Agencies in Denmark and you will be paid according to The Temporary Agency Workers Act in relation to the policy or customary at the company in which your are temporarily employed.
You will receive your paycheck every other Friday and it will be based upon your working hours the two preceding weeks.

Under certain circumstances, we will be able to pay an amount on account.
This will require:

  • That you have already worked your hours
  • The customer has confirmed your working hours
  • We will charge an administration fee of DKK 100,00

It is important that you inform us about which tax card to use when we pay your salary. Do you want us to use your primary or secondary tax card? If we do not receive other instructions, we will use your primary tax card. If you are already employed elsewhere or receive study grants, please remember to inform us that we need to use your secondary tax card, otherwise you risk paying inadequate tax. Every employer is subject to the Holiday Act in Denmark. The Holiday Act is mandatory and cannot be subject to any special agreements. The holiday pay, which you are saving up while working at Rex&Lindeborgh, will be forwarded to Feriekonto, administered by Borger.dk. Holiday pay accrues throughout the calendar year and will be paid the following year. The holiday year runs from May 1st to April 30th the following year. Be aware that you are responsible for requesting holiday pay. For more information, visit Borger.dk
Please always check your paycheck as soon as you receive it. We always make an effort to settle your salary accordingly, but errors may occur. Important changes that we need to be informed about are:

  • New bank account
  • New address
  • New e-mail address
  • Changes of tax card

Clients

Rex & Lindeborgh is subject to the Danish employment legislationt, which means that we must pay in accordance with your company's agreement or wage policy. Therefore, it is not possible to give a fixed price.
Yes, definitely. We are pleased when our customers want to hire our temporary staff, which means that we have succeeded in our recruitment and match. After 12 weeks you can hire at no cost. Before that, it is possible to make a contract with the temp. The price depends on how long the temp has been with you.
Yes, we are definitely recruiting for permanent positions, either as Try & Hire or direct employment. At Try & Hire you get to try the employee in a period of three months and then decide if you would like to hire. If both parties agree – then you have a new employee.
We cover most of Zealand with the main emphasis on the Greater Copenhagen area.
